Doctor AL Baeer. Was an concern about my health and was patient with me and he allow my friend Rosie to speak on my behalf. He was very nice and helpful.

My mom has been trying to get a hold of someone for almost two weeks. She always has to leave a message and supposedly her 3 messages were marked urgent. She wasn't feeling well and to this day has not gotten a phone call. Months ago, due to long wait list, she made an appointment with a specialist. This office never sent referral paperwork and her appointment with the specialist had to be canceled. Her doctor was changed yet again and there was an issue with insurance. We can never get anyone on the phone without getting thr run around, blown off, or hung up on. 100% do not recommend.

Continuing issues with this clinic. I've spoken to Sharon the office manager whom I'm trying to get through to with no luck. Today I spoke to my PCP's assistant as I've been waiting seven days for an urgent referral and three scripts. And since February 5 to make two referral specialist appointments and when I called the rings they have not received the referrals. It just seems to be getting worse at this clinic and the assistance are either lazy and or not trained properly. Today the assistant I spoke to an at this stage I won't say her name just yet could not answer me why the scripts were not sent to my pharmacy seven days ago and when she said she had issues with one of the referrals finding details when I left all the details and they wrote a referral in August last year I said well why didn't you contact me and let me know with no answer. Then she puts me on hold and hangs up on me. Then I receive a message saying my scripts have been sent I don't know what scripts have been sent. I've no idea about the referral. She is not a good communicator. And I also use the portal for messaging which of my PCP told me too and for the last three messages I've had no reply. Why provide th

The doctor isn't here, the nurse isn't either, nobody is taking responsibility for the shoddy work, this place is a disgrace. I've been waiting for over a month for my referral for the imaging test I need, even though I paid for my appointment and took the day off to see Dr. Khan in person. Every week I call asking for my documents, but it's all in vain. And now they send an email saying I have to see another doctor because the doctor no longer works there. What a lack of respect! Why should I have to pay again for another doctor to order my tests, when I should have had them almost two months ago? How can they play with patients' health in this way?

I was scheduled for appointment with Dr. Bushra khan at 2:30 pm today. I arrived at 2:20 and paid my copay at 2:21 pm. The nurse checked my BP, temperature etc in next 5 minutes and told me that the doctor will be with me shortly. I continued waiting for 1 hour and then asked desk assistant if the doctor is informed cos I’m waiting exactly for last 1 hrs. She said that the doctor just finished with other patient and I’m next and told me that she can reschedule me if I want. Very poor time management.
